An Uplink Traffic Flow Template (UL TFT) comprises a set of uplink packet filters defined within a TFT. Similarly, a Downlink TFT (DL TFT) consists of downlink packet filters specified in a TFT. Each dedicated EPS bearer is linked to a TFT. The User Equipment (UE) utilizes the UL TFT to map traffic to an EPS bearer in the uplink direction, while the PDN Gateway (PDN GW) maps traffic to the EPS bearer in the downlink direction.
